Jim is a US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) specialising in international tax and estate tax planning and reporting/ compliance. His expertise extends to personal, corporate and partnership tax returns, including consolidated and multi-state tax returns. He has extensive experience in state and local taxation including sales tax and ad valorem taxes. Jim has unparalleled experience in strategizing with trustees, high net worth and non-high net worth individuals, as well as private companies in relation to their tax reporting obligations and/ or tax planning.

Having practiced for over 40 years, he is a former Contract Auditor with the Florida Department of Revenue for Corporate Income Tax and Florida Sales tax, wherein his duties included oversight of contract performance requirements and review of completed case audit files.
Jim has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University, with a major in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant for Florida and Maryland and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is active in many community non-profit organizations in an advisory capacity.
