Quan is a US Attorney and provides expert advice on US income, gift, and estate tax consequences in cross-border transactions, including art. He has extensive experience in the US withholding tax and anti-deferral regimes governing non-US companies and trusts and advises non-US clients on the taxation of US real estate investments.
Quan also handles matters relating to private placement insurance and has extensive expertise in both FATCA and CRS. Quan is passionate about art and is able to apply his knowledge of US Federal taxes to provide advice with respect to acquiring, holding, and transferring art.
